may 6th - red chilaquiles w/ chicken

may 13th - fried catfish po'boy

may 20th - smoked turkey "pot pie" smothered biscuit

may 27th - southwestern chipotle mac & cheese topped w/ crispy bacon

YOWZA!! RED BASKET THURSDAY FOR MAY!!

house craft sammy's along with tater tots & dipping sauce

served all day long while supplies last

may 1st - blackened andouille sausage 'n' grits meatloaf sammy w/ southern bacon gravy

may 8th - cemita (pulled pork braised in mexican cola) w/ house avocado mash

may 15th - roast beef, blue cheese, dijon, grape jam & arugula sammy

may 22nd - smoked & grilled thick cut bologna sammy w/ chopped white onion & yellow mustard

may 29th - jalapeno popper style grilled cheese

(chihua & goat cheese) w/ bacon, fried jalapenos & apricot preserves
